Revolution has partnered up with Shift Energy, along with Enerconcept Technologies, to bring our clients a brand new type of solar energy. Through this partnership, Revolution now able to offer our clients a Solar Hot Air Power Purchase Agreement. This first in the world approach is truly cutting edge and has begun to hit the air waves in a big way. Shift Energy is instrumental in this effort and provides a diverse set up skills around project management and development. Shift, along with Enerconcept, has been at the forefront of bringing this exciting new technology into the US.


BRIAN DEvELLIS, Esq.

Brian is a founding partner with the firm Lombardo & Devillis, LLP. He enjoys a practice principally advising clients on issues of land use law, zoning and permitting, as well as real estate design and development matters.

Brian’s private sector work includes advising property developers and landowners on environmental issues and proceedings before municipal planning and zoning boards; conservation commissions; boards of assessors and the Appellate Tax Board.

Brian received his juris doctorate from the Massachusetts School of Law in 2002 with concentrations in Real Estate and Environmental Law. Brian received his Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture and Land Use Planning from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1991 where he was President of the UMASS Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects. Prior to forming Lombardo & DeVellis, Brian’s wassuccessful in implementing complex land development projects throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire; including the Golf Club of New England, an Arnold Palmer Golf Course in Stratham New Hampshire, the Pine Hills Community master plan in Plymouth MA, and master planning and permitting the Residences at University Park in West Hartford, CT along with The Edge Sports Center in Bedford, MA. Brian is admitted to practice Law and is a licensed Landscape Architect in Massachusetts.

Brian was born in Bedford where he currently resides and is active in the community with his wife and three children. In Bedford, Brian has been appointed to sit on the Town of Bedford Capital Expenditures Committee and the Lane School Parent Council; co-founded, permitted and constructed the Edge Sports Center; and is a Boy Scout Merit Badge Counselor and is co-founder and President of the Board of Directors for Bedford Youth Lacrosse.
